.PIM3抗原；Pim-3原癌基因重組蛋白多種屬 Pim家族絲氨酸/蘇氨酸蛋白激酶在研究小鼠白血病病毒誘導(dǎo)的T淋巴瘤中靶向前病毒插入的基因時被鑒定出來。Pim激酶水平的升高使細胞易發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)生成，并增強p100、c-Myb和Cdc25A等促有絲分裂蛋白的活性。此外，Pim激酶還參與調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)元的突觸強度和造血祖細胞的抗凋亡信號。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
